Dear Readers,
You may be very busy this time of year with work, sales, social lives, family. Take some time to relax and enjoy yourself with a spa night.
Supplies You Will Need:
-Cucumbers. Not only are they great for eye covers, they are refreshing and healthy!
-
White Wine Spritzers. If you are the legal age a Minty Fruitful White Whine Spritzers is refreshing. There are recipes all over the Internet. If you do not indulge in Wine or are underage, Bubble Tea, Regular Tea, & Virgin Drinks are fun!
-Fresh, Clean Hand Towels. Have an abundance on hand! Helps with splashes. Warm them in the dryer for some relaxation! They can be any color. Research moods and colors. I'd really choose a lavender color paired with lavender soy candles.=]
-Foot Baths, Paraffin Wax Kits, or Buckets. These things range from $20 and up. But a bucket will do just fine. Add your favorite Bath Salts, Scrubs, and Oils and Flowers! You can make your own to save money using simple ingredients found in your kitchen. http://beauty.about.com/od/skinflaws/ht/saltscrub.htm
More: Create a CD with some smooth love songs, or spa songs. [I prefer soul music like Jill Scott, Musiq Soulchild, etc. Youtube has spa Play list to make it even easier just press play. Finger foods. Something light and not heavy. Lettuce Wraps, Cucumber Sandwiches, Shrimp Cocktail, Ceviche. * Tip for beverages use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes so your beverage will retain a fresh flavor. Incense or candles set the mood. Be safe when dealing with flames. Pick some oils too!
I am doing this on Saturday and it will include a Mani/Pedi, Massage, Facial, and Girl Talk.
Happy Spa Day,
Prim & Purple
